Vigan, the Spanish old Town in the north of the Philippines

Vigan its in the north of Luzon. The old town its in the UNESCO world cultural heritage. The restoration its not finished. There are some building which are in a worse condition. But, some are really nice and you will find a lot of historical material as well.
